Never received

I never received my 3ds xl and when I wrote to them all I was told is that they can't help me and to call the police to get a police report.. if I had the option to give no stars I would.. I have lost $250 now and don't know what to do.. I recommend never using them at all.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
