I bought a PS4 camera for PS4vr games on my PS5. What I didn’t realize is that you also need the PS4vr headset (which makes sense but for some reason It never occurred to me). CaveGamers didn’t care that I wasn’t smart enough to figure out that you would of course need the PS4vr headset. They happily sent me return label and refunded the full amount. No restocking fee, no administrative fees. They just took the PS4 camera back no questions asked. I will be purchasing all things gaming from CaveGamers in the foreseeable future.
