Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 90 days of delivery for items purchased new or used.
  • New items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Used items must be returned in the same condition as when sold.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Restocking Fee

  • New items returned in a used or damaged condition may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
  • Used items returned with damage beyond normal wear may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Serial Number Verification

  • For warranty claims or returns, we will verify serial numbers to ensure authenticity before issuing refunds or exchanges.

Ineligible Returns

  • Items that are materially different from what was shipped (e.g., damaged, digitally or physically modified, or not in the condition at sale) will be returned to you without refund or exchange.
  • Sealed trading card products (booster boxes, packs, etc) are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
