There seemed to be some sort of mistake with my order, but eventually they managed to contact me and now I have the case and manual, along with the game. Even tho there was communication problems with the emails not working, they managed to contact me and send me the rest of my order, so everything ended up good.
This is my first time ever having an issue while shopping here, and everything was solved properly and very professionally.
