Came in good condition, few tiny scratches but nothing serious, charged and turned on fine and plays without issue

Never received
I never received my 3ds xl and when I wrote to them all I was told is that they can't help me and to call the police to get a police report.. if I had the option to give no stars I would.. I have lost $250 now and don't know what to do.. I recommend never using them at all.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
I'm sorry you didn't receive the item. Tracking shows it was delivered in your mailbox at 1:26 pm on March 18th. Since tracking verified it was delivered, we are unable to send a replacement.
It got delivered today, and I was excited for it, nothing was broken or damaged, with a little minimum of scratches at the bottom, but overall, the 3ds is perfect. I highly recommend this and this is coming from a guy who doesn't do reviews. 🤣
